A Night With Tiffany & Co

"style is the first impression & a lasting memory. beyond the clothes in one's closet, it''s the way one looks, feels, lives, and presents oneself to the world. only the individual has the power to define personal style because it comes from within."                 ~ Robbie Myers, elle editor-in-chief ~

I was honored to participate in the first blogging/styling event at Tiffany & Co Nashville.  It was such a fun evening interpreting the latest trends of the the modern Tiffany woman! Our looks were inspired by the tiffany team in collaboration with Elle Magazine.  I was tasked with the look of "Natural Explorer"  where graphic floral patterns are paired with the unexpected combination of casual and dressy for a fashion forward feel.

My personal style in both my home and in my wardrobe is quite the mix of high and low price points, So attainability was key for me.  our goal was to show that the modern Tiffany woman can layer her jewelry with current trends to make it feel fresh & new. below is a fun way to see that tiffany is indeed very relevant & youthful!

My model & i, my dress is a vintage piece from opium vintage & wedges from aquazzura. jewels of course courtesy of tiffany & co.

My model is shown above in her "natural explorer" look. I have paired her in a utilitarian inspired army green jacket that is belted to the back for a little bit more of a tailored feel. She is wearing floral shorts from H&M that are a great affordable option for the season. the ones shown have sold out, but here is a similar pair.  I have put her in nude stacked Prada heels with a fun micro trend of a thin nude sock.  For me, this was the little pop of fun that was outside of the box & a way to try a new trend. By keeping it neutral it felt like it was a cohesive part of the look. My model is also sporting a tan chloe cross body which is a functional bag and as you can see can easily be worn with heels for a dressier look. She is of course adorned with gorgeous pieces from T & Co.  I have layered the iconic Elsa peretti bottle pendant in gold with a diamond stopper (because why not?! we are explorers after all!) with the T Smile pendant and an 1837 gold disc pendant . If that doesn't make you grin ear to ear im not sure what might! she has several stack rings on including this silver ziegfeld bead ring for under $200. My favorite piece is the metro diamond stack ring in 18k gold. It is so thin and dainty which makes it extra feminine on its own, perfect to stack with larger rings or an easy transition for a midi ring in a smaller size.

most of us love our costume pieces that are easy to throw on for an of the moment trend. The beautiful thing about an nice investment piece is that it is timeless & timeless doesn't necessarily have to come with an outrageous price point.  Tiffany offers a collection of jewelry that is of the highest quality & can easily transition from day to night and will forever remain on point. I know i will be a tride and true blue box gal forever!
